Proses produksi di PT. Neo Kosmetika Industri estimasi 30 hari kerja setelah kelengkapan NA BPOM, packaging dan bahan baku sudah lengkap. Waktu yang dibutuhkan proses maklon produk kecantikan dari konsultasi sampai produk siap kirim estimasi 6 bulan.
Sebelum ketahap produksi akan melalui proses pembuatan sampel. Sampel bertujuan untuk membuat produk sesuai dengan konsep mulai dari tekstur, warna, aroma sampai bahan yang akan digunakan. Sampel harga terjangkau hanya Rp250.000 per produk dan dapat direvisi maksimal tiga kali.
